Die Verordnung der Europäischen Kommission (EK) Nr. 1073/2005 vom 7. Juli 2005 ist im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union vom 8. Juli 2005 veröffentlicht worden.

Die Europäische Kommission hat damit IFRIC 2 Members' Shares in Co-operative Entities and Similar Instruments (Geschäftsanteile an Genossenschaften und ähnliche Instrumente) zur Anwendung in Europa vollständig implementiert.
