During February and March 2012, the IASB and FASB are holding a number of public roundtables on their proposals to exempt investment entities from consolidation.

Note: On 19 January 2012, the IASB announced a change in date for this roundtable to Friday 16 March 2012 9:00am-12:30pm (US time) (previously 20 March 2012). The deadline for registration for the roundtable was also brought forward to 24 February 2012 (previously 28 February 2012).
