FRC appoints new Chairman and Deputy Chairman

The UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has announced the appointment of Sir Win Bischoff as its new Chairman and Gay Huey Evans as its new Deputy Chairman.
Sir Win Bischoff will replace the current Chairman, Baroness Hogg. Gay Huey Evans — a Director of the FRC since April 2012 — will replace the current Deputy Chairman, Glenn Moreno. Both begin their new roles on 1 May 2014.
