SEC staff updates Financial Reporting Manual

On 9 November 2016, the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance revised certain sections of its Financial Reporting Manual.
IFRS related revisions are:
- Revisions to add guidance relating to the implementation of Accounting Standards Update No. 2014- 09 Revenue from Contracts with Customers (Topic 606) and IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with Customers
- Revisions to add guidance relating to the implementation of Accounting Standards Update No. 2016 - 02 Leases (Topic 842) and IFRS 16 Leases.
The updated Financial Reporting Manual is available on the SEC's website.
