Über den IASB

Der International Accounting Standards Board ist ein unabhängiges, privatwirtschaftliches Gremium, das die International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) entwickelt und verabschiedet. Der IASB arbeitet unter Aufsicht der IFRS-Stiftung. Der IASB wurde 2001 gebildet und ersetzte das International Accounting Standards Committee (IASC). Der IASB hat derzeit 14 Mitglieder.

 

Die Rolle des IASB

Nach der Satzung der IFRS-Stiftung trägt der IASB die volle Verantwortung für alle fachlichen finanzberichterstattungsbezogenen Angelegenheiten der IFRS-Stiftung, darunter:
