Audit quality indicators: Strengthening the audit process

Published on: Oct 24, 2018

Audit quality is a challenge for audit committees to measure and evaluate, but audit quality indicators (AQIs) can help.

This webinar will have broad applicability to public, private and not-for-profit organizations. It will address how to properly implement AQIs, and the positive influence they can have on audit quality.

You'll hear practical advice and real-life experience directly from a representative from senior management, an experienced audit committee member and an audit firm. The discussion will be led by the Canadian Public Accountability Board and will highlight learnings from their multi-year pilot project on AQIs.

When you leave this session, you will be able to:

  • understand the benefits and challenges of using AQIs
  • identify and implement relevant AQIs for your company
  • access CPA Canada, ICD and CPAB's AQI Guide and other AQI resources
