Disclosure Initiative — Definition of Materiality - IASB

At its meeting on December 14, 2016, the IASB decided to accelerate the work on the proposed clarifications of the definition of materiality and its key characteristics by publishing them separately in an Exposure Draft.
The Board expects to start balloting the Exposure Draft on the definition of materiality in the first quarter of 2017.
