At its meeting on January 24-26, 2023, the IASB met and considered: (i) the feedback on the Proposed IFRS Taxonomy Update; and (ii) the next steps to finalize the IFRS Taxonomy Update.
The IASB was not asked to make any decisions. The IASB will begin the balloting process and expects to issue the IFRS Accounting Taxonomy Update in the first quarter of 2023.
