ASC Oil & Gas Review Report – 2014

On December 1, the Alberta Securities Commission issued its 10th Oil & Gas Review Report which provides market participants with staff’s observations on the annual public disclosures by reporting issuers with oil and gas activities.

The ASC’s goal in sharing this information is to provide feedback to issuers that they can use in preparing future disclosure of oil and gas activities.
