Overview
The ISSB met on July 20, 2022 to discuss its approach to preparing a request for information to consult the public on its agenda priorities. The request for information will inform the development of the ISSB's two-year work plan.
The ISSB discussed:
- its approach to developing the request for information, including steps already completed and expected next steps;
- the strategic balance of the ISSB's activities; and
- its criteria for assessing proposals to be included in the work plan.
The ISSB expects to issue its request for information in Q4/2022.

February 2023
On February 27, 2023, the ISSB staff updated the work plan to indicate that the ISSB plans to issue the Request for Information in May 2023.
January 2023
On January 30, 2023, the IASB staff updated the work plan to indicate that the ISSB plans to issue the Request for Information in Q2/2023.
October 2022
On October 25, 2022, the IASB staff updated the work plan to indicate that the Board plans to issue a Request for Information in December 2022.
July 2022
On July 25, 2022, the IASB staff updated the Work Plan to add a new ISSB project relating to a request for information to guide its agenda priorities.
