Can organizations better inform investors within the current model? We believe they can. 

We combined our research with the ideas shared with us by the directors, preparers, regulators, standard setters and accounting professionals to propose five strategic changes that would enhance corporate reporting within the existing framework. These changes aren’t complicated but they aren’t simplistic, either – after all, it’s not about making it easier to do the minimum. It’s about delivering clear and useful information to the market to enable more efficient, confident investment decisions.
