This Statement sets out the requirements for certification of disclosures in filings by certifying officers for all reporting issuers, other than investment funds. The objective of these requirements is to improve the quality, reliability and transparency of annual filings, interim filings and other materials that issuers file or submit under securities legislation.

Recent developments




September 3, 2015


The definition of "venture issuer" is amended to recognize "Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc." as a senior exchange.

The amendments are effective on November 17, 2015.
