Amendments

The amendments are intended to increase transparency for investors and other stakeholders regarding the representation of women on boards of directors and in senior management.  Amendments are effective on December 31, 2014.

September 3, 2015

Amendments

The definition of "venture issuer" is amended to recognize "Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc." as a senior exchange.

The amendments are effective on November 17, 2015.

December 15, 2016

Amend­ments

The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) announced that it will adopt amendments to National Instrument 58-101 Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices (NI 58-101) and Form 58-101F1 Corporate Governance Disclosure.

The amendments are effective on December 31, 2016.
