The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) is holding an event on 5 April 2016 to discuss the recent call by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) (link to IFAC website) for stakeholder input to a review of its auditing standards to enhance audit quality in the areas of professional scepticism, quality control and group audits.

The event will allow participants to gain an insight into the IAASB's discussions and possible actions and enable them to provide input to shape the work of the IAASB and the FRC in these areas.
