We have published our comment letter on the Financial Reporting Council's (FRC's) consultation on amendments to its Guidance on the Strategic Report.

We support the draft amendments that have been made to the Guidance on the Strategic Report as set out in the Exposure Draft and suggest a few clarifications that would improve the usability of the of the updated Guidance.
