IFRS Foundation seeks IASB Board members

The IFRS Foundation Trustees are seeking to appoint three new Board members, one from the Americas, one from Africa, and one from the Asia-Oceania region.
IASB members are appointed for an initial five-year term with the possibility of being reappointed for another three years (in exceptional circumstances for another five years).
