EFRAG publishes February 2019 issue of 'EFRAG Update'

The European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) has published an 'EFRAG Update' summarising public technical discussions held and decisions made during February 2019.
The Update Reports on the EFRAG Board meeting held on 27 February and the EFRAG TEG meeting on 13-14 February. The Update also lists EFRAG publications issued in February which included:
- EFRAG's final endorsement advice to the European Commission relating to the use in the European Union and European Economic Area of the IASB’s Publication Definition of Material (Amendments to IAS 1 and IAS 8).
- EFRAG's comment letter in response to the IASB's Discussion Paper Financial Instruments with Characteristics of Equity (FICE).
- EFRAG's feedback statement and video summarising the input received in response to its consultation on the IASB's FICE Discussion Paper and how the feedback had been considered by EFRAG during its technical discussions.
- EFRAG's early stage analysis on its FICE discussion paper.
- EFRAG and ICAS survey on discount rates applied to pension accounting.
