June 2022 IASB meeting agenda posted

The IASB has posted the agenda for its next meeting, which will be held in London on 20–22 June 2022. There are nine topics on the agenda.
The Board will discuss the following:
- Financial instruments with characteristics of equity
- Maintenance and consistent application
- Primary financial statements
- Post implementation review of IFRS 9
- Contractual cash flow characteristics
- Business combinations under common control
- Equity method
- Second comprehensive review of the IFRS for SMEs
- Disclosure initiative — Subsidiaries without public accountability: Disclosures
