In January we surveyed the risk management, internal control and longer term viability statement disclosures for the 17 largest September year end companies who were the first to report under the new regime introduced by the 2014 UK Corporate Governance Code.
We have now extended our survey to 50 companies, including some of the largest December year end companies.
