It has begun... Early examples of reporting practice

Published on: 05 Feb 2014

The first companies required to implement the new strategic report and the 2012 UK Corporate Governance Code have now published their annual reports. ‘It has begun…Early examples of reporting practice’ provides insight into how these companies have chosen to address the new requirements.

This publication follows on from ‘A new beginning – Annual report insights 2013’ which set out some of the key challenges listed companies face in dealing with these new requirements.

In addition, a separate report is available on how companies are addressing the new remuneration reporting requirements.
