FASB publishes new issue of "FASB Outlook"

The FASB has published the latest issue of its quarterly e-newsletter, "FASB Outlook," which provides high-level information about the Board’s projects and key activities.

This issue fea­tures:

  • Chair­man Russ Golden’s dis­cus­sion of the FASB’s 2015 work plan, which includes (1) reducing the complexity of current GAAP, (2) completing major joint projects with the IASB, (3) continuing international cooperation, and (4) making the Codification more readable.
  • In­for­ma­tion about the FASB’s share-based compensation project.
  • A video in which FASB Technical Director Sue Cosper and FASB assistant directors preview the Board’s top priorities in 2015.
