SEC staff releases analysis of proposed rule on pay ratio disclosures

The SEC staff has released an analysis of its proposed rule on pay ratio disclosures. The analysis, which was developed by the Commission’s Division of Economic and Risk Analysis, examines “the potential effects of excluding different percentages of employees from the pay ratio calculation.”
