Chairman Cox's remarks on the IFRS reconciliation

The US Securities and Exchange Commission has made available a video recording of the remarks of SEC Chairman Christopher Cox, at the Commission's 15 November 2007 meeting, in support of the proposal that foreign companies may submit financial statements to the Commission using IFRSs as adopted by the IASB without having to include a reconciliation of the IFRS data to US GAAP.
