Additional IASB Board meeting 22 September

The IASB has announced that the Board will hold an additional meeting on Tuesday 22 September 2009 from 11:00am to 13:00pm London time.
The meeting will be webcast. The agenda will be reconsideration of IAS 39 – specifically:
- Financial Instruments: Classification and Measurement – whether the cost exemption for unquoted securities that cannot be reliably measured should be removed, as proposed in the exposure draft
- Impairment of Financial Instruments
