IASB issues podcast on latest Board developments (March 2023)

The IASB has released a podcast featuring IASB Chair Andreas Barckow, IASB Vice-Chair Linda Mezon-Hutter, and Executive Technical Director Nili Shah discussing deliberations at the March 2023 IASB meeting.
Highlights of the podcast include discussions on:
- the new project on climate-related risks in the financial statements;
- the post-implementation review of IFRS 15;
- key decisions made in the primary financial statements project;
- possible changes to the impairment test and removal of disclosure requirements relating to the project on goodwill and impairment;
- the project on subsidiaries without public accountability; and
- decisions made in the project on the equity method.
