Upcoming Canadian IFRS webcast

Deloitte (Canada) is hosting a IFRS quarterly technical update webcast on 20 September 2012.

One of a series of quarterly updates with a focus on combining technical knowledge with practical experience, this webcast will provide a summary of recently and soon-to-be issued IFRSs, the status of select accounting topics, and practical reminders regarding specific IFRS requirements.

In this third quarter technical update, Deloitte presenters will discuss various accounting topics, including (1) common application issues of  various IFRSs, (2) recently issued new or amended standards, (3) changes to the IASB project plan and (4) an update on regulatory matters.
