Non-financial information in the management board’s report for listed companies and other public interest entities

Recently in several decrees further regulations were put in place on the content of the management board’s report that are applicable to management board’s reports of listed companies and other public interest entities in the Netherlands for financial years starting on or after 1 January 2017. These new requirements relate to:

  • a corporate governance-statement and compliance with a code of conduct; and
  • a non-financial statement.

This brochure briefly explains the content of these new requirements.
