In July 2023, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) adopted a final rule requiring public companies to provide enhanced and standardized disclosures regarding cybersecurity risk management, strategy, governance, and incidents. With less than six months before registrants must begin to adopt these requirements, the time to understand and prepare for these new requirements is now. We’ll discuss:
