At its meeting on April 24 and 27, 2017, the IASB received an update on the strategy for supporting implementation of IFRS 17, Insurance Contracts. The Board plans to issue IFRS 17 in the second half of May 2017. Further information on how it will support implementation will be provided following the issuance of the Standard.
