International Applicability of the SASB Standards – International Sustainability Standards Board

At its meeting on April 19, 2023, the ISSB met and decided: (i) to ratify the Exposure Draft; and (ii) to allow 90 days for comment on the Exposure Draft. The ISSB expects to publish the Exposure Draft in May 2023. Feedback from stakeholders on the Exposure Draft will inform how the ISSB proceeds with the proposed amendments to the SASB Standards and corresponding updates to the SASB Standards Taxonomy.
