International Applicability of the SASB Standards– International Sustainability Standards Board

At its meeting on May 18, 2023, the ISSB met to ratify the proposed consequential amendments to the climate-related SASB Standards contained in its Exposure Draft issued on May 11, 2023 which will align them with IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures. The ISSB decided to ratify the amendments and confirmed they are satisfied the ISSB has complied with the applicable due process requirements.
