Securities regulation in Canada is the responsibility of each of the provincial securities commissions, however, each of the provinces and territories follow a relatively harmonized set of national instruments that have been issued by the Canadian Securities Regulators (CSA). For all harmonized national instruments, multilateral instruments, national policies and CSA notices summarized in the Centre for Financial Reporting (CFR), links are to the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) Web site.
