EFRAG announces composition of new rate-regulated activities working group

EFRAG had decided to renew the composition of the group as the membership of the group had been in place over three years and some of the members had given up their roles or had indicated that they would need to do so in the near future.

The working group supports EFRAG TEG in providing technical advice to the EFRAG Board on the financial reporting issues arising from rate-regulated activities and contributes specialist accounting expertise along with knowledge of the industry sectors subject to rate-regulation, with an emphasis on specific European circumstances.

EFRAG publishes March 2017 issue of 'EFRAG Update'

The European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) has published an 'EFRAG Update' summarising public technical discussions held and decisions made during March 2017.

The Update reports on the EFRAG Board meeting on 22 March and the EFRAG TEG meeting on 29-30 March. 

The Update also lists EFRAG publications issued in March which solely consisted of EFRAG’s final endorsement advice relating to IFRS 16 Leases for use in the European Union.
