EFRAG summary report from joint webinar on Primary Financial Statements

The European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) has released a summary report of the joint webinar held in collaboration with the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) on 15 November 2022 to discuss the implications of the IASB's latest tentative decisions on Primary Financial Statements.
The objective of the event was to collect input from preparers, users and auditors on whether a selection of the IASB’s tentative decisions to change the proposals in the Exposure Draft General Presentation and Disclosures (‘the ED’) will function as intended and achieve the intended balance of costs and benefits.
The following topics were discussed:
- Subtotals and categories in the statement of profit or loss
- Disclosures of operating expenses by nature
- Management performance measures
- Unusual income and expenses
