We have published our comment letter on HM Treasury's consultation on the government’s approach to transposing the country-by-county reporting requirements in the EU Capital Requirements Directive 4 (“CRD IV”).
Our main concern is in relation to the definition of "consolidated" within CRD IV Article 89.
