FRC announces further outreach event on the Conceptual Framework

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) will be hosting a further outreach event to discuss the International Accounting Standard Board's (IASB's) Discussion Paper "A Review of the Conceptual Framework for Financial Reporting". The results of the outreach event will help to inform the FRC's response to the IASB's discussion paper which is due by 14 January 2014.
The further outreach event, to be held on 28 November 2013 and will be in partnership with The Investment Management Association (IMA) and The Association of British Insurers (ABI). The event will cover the same areas as announced for the earlier events with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and The Confederation of British Industry (CBI).
