FRC to host event on the UK Corporate Governance Code Consultation

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) will be hosting an event on feedback received so far from the ongoing consultation on the UK Corporate Governance Code.
The event on the consultation on the UK Coporate Governance Code will cover themes that have emerged from numerous engagements with a wide variety of stakeholders, as well as the frequently asked questions and misconceptions the teams have identified.
To help inform the consultation process the FRC has published three one-pagers on hot topics that stakeholders have been particularly interested in.
