Research workshop on intangibles

The International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) in conjunction with the European Accounting Association (EAA) and the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) will hold a virtual research workshop on intangibles on 30 January 2024.
The purpose of the workshop is to discuss current academic research on intangibles and areas for further research that would be relevant to the IASB’s upcoming project on intangible assets. This will help the IASB to take stock of what has been written in the academic literature on intangibles as a way of preparation for when it decides to activate this project.
