Pre-meeting summaries for the April 2023 ISSB meeting

The ISSB is meeting in Frankfurt on 19 April 2023. We have posted our pre-meeting summaries for the meeting that allow you to follow the ISSB’s decision making more closely. We summarised the agenda papers made available by the ISSB and pointed out the main issues and recommendations.
The following topics are on the agenda:
ISSB Consultation on Agenda Priorities: ISSB members will be asked to confirm that mandatory due process steps have been completed for the Request for Information (RFI). They will also be asked to vote on the duration of the comment period and approval of the publication of the RFI, expected in May 2023.
International Applicability of the SASB Standards: The ISSB will vote on the ratification of the Exposure Draft Methodology for Enhancing the International Applicability of the SASB Standards and SASB Standards Taxonomy Updates.
