Deloitte comment letter on ED 9 'Joint Arrangements'

We believe ED 9 is poorly drafted and the IASB’s objectives and its rationale for those objectives are not clearly articulated, the requirements and their application are unclear. We believe that it is best for the IASB not to proceed with the proposals in ED 9 at this time.
