AICPA Extends Comment Period for Working Drafts of Two Accounting and Valuation Guides

In response to requests for additional time, the AICPA announced today that it has extended the comment period for the working drafts of two Accounting and Valuation Guides, Testing Goodwill for Impairment and Assets Acquired to Be Used in Research and Development Activities, which were published in November 2011. Comments on the drafts are now due by May 24, 2012.
