Research Update — Agenda paper 8
This paper gave a brief update on the status of the different research projects.
There were currently 8 active research projects, 2 of which were nearing completion. There were also 8 projects in the research pipeline. Apart from the projects that were frequently discussed in 2016, the Staff had restarted work on ‘goodwill and impairment’ and further expects to start providing education sessions on ‘dynamic risk management’ with the Board in March 2017. The Staff also plans to restart work on ‘business combinations under common control’ in Q2 of 2017.
